GINKGO BILOBA
Ginkgo biloba leaf extracts contain natural antioxidants (flavonoids and terpene lactones) that help protect blood vessels and brain cells from oxidative stress while supporting healthy blood flow (Barbalho et al., 2022).
Randomized controlled trials in healthy adults suggest that standardized ginkgo biloba extract can improve aspects of memory and information processing over several weeks, helping to support everyday cognitive performance (Kaschel, 2011; Stough et al., 2001). Small clinical studies in volunteers also show that ginkgo can increase microcirculatory and coronary blood flow without raising blood pressure, helping to maintain healthy circulation (Mehlsen et al., 2002; Wu et al., 2008). In stress‑testing experiments, a single dose of ginkgo reduced the rise in blood pressure and cortisol during mental and physical stress, and longer supplementation was associated with more efficient recovery after a standardized psychosocial stress test (Jezova et al., 2002; Beck et al., 2016). These findings indicate that ginkgo may help the body adapt to everyday stress.*

Red Asian Ginseng
Red Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng) extracts contains ginsenosides and other saponins that act as adaptogens, helping modulate stress responses, support vascular function, and offer antioxidant protection to brain cells and blood vessels (Attele et al., 1999; Reay et al., 2019).
Randomized controlled trials in healthy young adults show that standardized Panax ginseng extract can improve performance on demanding working‑memory and mental‑arithmetic tasks, while helping maintain calmness during sustained cognitive effort (D’Angelo et al., 1986; Reay et al., 2010). A recent randomized controlled study in moderately stressed adults showed that three weeks of red Panax ginseng supplementation reduced perceived stress and negative emotions compared with placebo, supporting its role in helping the body cope with everyday stress (Dormal et al., 2025).*
